What happens
The term Psychotherapy in Ancient Greek means "Healing of the Soul". Practically speaking:
A persons particular suffering finds relief in individual therapy.
Clients go through a process of insight and deep discovery about themselves.
Through this process they make peace with the past
in order to find possibilities in the present
and be able to make more creative choices in life.
It is a process of moving forward - from “now” to “next.”

AUSTRIAN PSYCHOTHERAPIST, COUNSELLOR & SUPERVISOR
I am a recommended Gestalt Psychotherapist in Australia with a background in Education in Austria/ Europe. My work is a blend of Psychotherapy, Family and Systemic Constellations, the Human Design System and Psych- Ed. The aim is to achieve short and long term change for my clients.
I help find solutions in dealing with difficult life transitions, couples
and marriage issues, teenager troubles, multicultural issues and more. People see me when they have lost their track, feel stuck, are overwhelmed and confused, want feedback, an outside opinion or
need to find new tools.
I also work as a supervisor for professionals in the human services industry, conduct therapy sessions for mental health professionals
and see therapy students for their training requirements.
I work from my private office on James Street in New Farm/ Brisbane. Consultations are available in English and German.
I am available for online therapy sessions for people unable to see me in person.

THE REQUIREMENT TO BECOME A PSYCHOTHERAPIST IS 4 YEARS OF POSTGRADUATE STUDY. I HOLD TWO PSYCHOTHERAPY DEGREES IN AUSTRALIA.
